Small Batch Series
Our Small Batch Series is a limited production of wines created by our winemaker, Matthieu Finot. These wines are meant to share unique expressions of our vineyards and illustrate a variety of winemaking techniques. Each bottle is hand labeled and individually numbered.
No Added Sulfur
This single variety Chardonnay was carefully harvested, handled, vinified, and bottled without any addition of sulfur.
A skin fermented Viognier with a slight orange color, a textured tannic structure and outstanding aromatics.
Whole Cluster Fermentation
This full-bodied style of Cabernet Franc was produced using whole cluster fermentation.
Aged in new French oak, this limited release, estate grown red blend is a must have for the cellar.
A single varietal, oak aged expression of Malbec grown in the Monticello AVA.
A bone dry, single variety Petit Manseng.
This single variety Merlot was carefully harvested, handled, vinified, and bottled without any addition of sulfur.
