Event Spaces

The main room of the Carriage House is 41’x81’ with 17’ ceilings. Five barrel stave chandeliers, exposed beams, rough cut oak floors, and a large stone fireplace make this room the perfect backdrop for your event. The room is warm and sophisticated and will work with your personal touches to create the unique feel of your event for up to 200 guests. Two sets of French doors to the covered brick veranda and expansive windows make you feel connected to the outdoors and provide wonderful flow for your guests. Three large barn-style doors can be closed or left open to the North Gallery. The open brick patio off of the North Gallery invites guests to take in the serene beauty of the pastoral mountain views. In the evening, guests can enjoy a glass of wine and smores around the fire pit.

Events in the Carriage House can be booked year-round. Radiant heat and wood burning fireplace provide cozy warmth during the cooler months. For the warmer months, multiple air conditioning units keep you cool. There is also a women’s restroom with three stalls, a men's restroom with two stalls, a changing room for the female bridal party and a catering area for your licensed caterer.



The North Gallery is 16'x95' with 9' ceilings and serves as a rotating art gallery for local artists. With a wall of windows and double doors to the brick veranda, this room is the perfect lounge or overflow seating area for your event. This room can also be closed off from the main room and can serve as the perfect location for smaller dinners of up to 60 people. It is also an ideal space for a small weddings, a birthday celebration, or a small company get together.



Smaller events, up to 40 people, are perfect for our Tasting Room space. With a seating area and bar near the stone fireplace and tables by a wall of windows overlooking the polo field and mountains, the room offers a great natural flow for social events. This is an intimate and special space that will impress all your guests. Those booking the Carriage House can also rent out this space for your cocktail hour! Events in this space are limited to begin after 6:00 p.m.



Please call for pricing and rental fees. The price will include the use of the facility, tables (up to eight 4' rounds, twenty-five 5' rounds, four 6' banquets, and four 8' banquets), up to 200 traditional white folding chairs for the ceremony, up to 200 padded folding chairs for the reception, cleaning service, catering area for your caterer, and one winery employee for the event. Only King Family Vineyards’ wines may be served and may be purchased for 15% off our retail prices. If your caterer provides an ABC license, beer and liquor may also be served.

Outside areas are limited to acoustic small jazz, bluegrass, classical, and string bands. Amplified music is permitted outdoors during the ceremony and cocktail hour, provided that it is not audible beyond the property line. Amplified bands and D.J.'s are permitted indoors only. All music must conclude by 11:30 p.m.

Caterers will have access to our full service catering area. All food and beverage-related trash should be removed by the caterer. The kitchen and all serving areas should be thoroughly cleaned by the catering staff. Clean up is the responsibility of the renter and must be completed the night of the event. We also require event insurance be obtained through your insurance carrier. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CARRIAGE HOUSE IS NOT OPEN AT ALL TIMES.
